- Generate AFE cost estimates from drilling to abandonment
- Obtain and compare bids from drilling contractors
- Obtain and compare bids from all service/supply companies
- (coring, cementing, logging, etc.)
- Manage survey and site construction of location
- Acquire approval for well licences from regulatory bodies (i.e. SMER, ERCB, OGC, etc.)
- Generate drilling and coring programs
- Manage drilling and coring operations:
- Daily telecons with operator and involved parties
- Daily reports to operator and involved parties
- Provide Qualified Person on site to witness and supervise core retrieval and handling
- Day to day cost management
- Provide drilling reports of daily activity
- Correspondence with sub-contractors with respect to invoicing
- Provide certified wellsite supervisors through on-going contacts
